At Realty Billings, we believe real estate marketing should do more than showcase a house—it should tell a story. We are looking for an in-house Photographer & Videographer who wants to grow with our company and become an integral part of our brand.

This is not a freelance position. We are looking for someone who wants to build a long-term career, develop their skills, and help create the highest-quality real estate and community content in the Billings market.

The Opportunity

This role is designed to grow into our Director of Visual Media position as Realty Billings continues to expand.

We're not simply hiring someone to take photos. We're looking for someone who wants to help build a brand, create meaningful content, and become the driving force behind how our company is seen throughout the community.

As the company grows, this position will have opportunities to:

• Lead all visual content creation
• Develop content strategies
• Help shape our marketing direction
• Build systems and workflows
• Potentially manage additional photographers, videographers, or creative team members in the future

• Architectural photography of homes and properties
• Cinematic property videos
• Drone photography and videography
• Matterport 3D tours
• Twilight photography
• Floor plans and property measurements
• Property feature reels and social media content
• Edit and deliver media quickly and accurately

Community & Lifestyle Content

We don't just market homes—we market the lifestyle of living in Billings.

You'll help create content featuring:

• Clients receiving the keys to their new homes
• Family photo shoots at closing
• Before-and-after home transformations
• New restaurants and coffee shops
• Local gyms and businesses
• Neighborhood highlights
• Schools and parks
• Seasonal events and community activities
• Client appreciation events
• Local business spotlights
• Team culture and behind-the-scenes content

Equipment & Experience

Preferred but not required:

• Photography experience
• Videography experience
• Drone experience (or willingness to become licensed)
• Matterport experience (or willingness to learn)
• Adobe Lightroom
• Adobe Premiere Pro
• Social media content creation

We are willing to invest in and train the right person who demonstrates talent, work ethic, creativity, and a desire to grow.

What Success Looks Like

Within your first year, you'll become the creative force behind the Realty Billings brand.

Your work will help showcase homes, celebrate clients, support local businesses, highlight neighborhoods, and tell the stories that make Billings a great place to live.

You'll build a portfolio that includes luxury homes, rural properties, lifestyle content, community events, drone footage, client success stories, and high-end real estate marketing.
