Real Estate Photographer and Videographer – DMV Area

Position Overview

LCphotoDMV is looking for an experienced real estate photographer/videographer for on-call real estate media work in the DMV area.

This role is ideal for professionals already working with other real estate media companies who are looking to fill gaps in their schedule with flexible, occasional work.

Work is not guaranteed and is assigned based on availability and demand.

How It Works

• We sync your calendar
• Shoots are scheduled based on your availability
• You drive to the location
• Typical shoot time: 25 minutes to 1.5 hours
• Capture the property and upload all files the same day (by 9:00 PM)

Simple, efficient, and focused on capture only.

Scope of Work

• Real estate photography (RAW)
• Video capture, when applicable
• Drone footage, when applicable
• CubiCasa floor plans

Compensation

• 32% per project
• Typical pay ranges from $53 to $149+ per shoot, depending on size and services
• Videography and add-ons pay more
• Bi-weekly payments

Requirements (Mandatory)

• Must be located in the DMV area
• Must submit a real estate portfolio (applications without portfolio will not be considered)
• DSLR or Mirrorless camera
• Ultra-wide lens (minimum 16mm)
• Solid tripod
• Gimbal (required)
• Reliable transportation
• Strong attention to detail
• Real estate media experience required

Preferred

• Experience working with other real estate media companies (attach examples if available)
• Drone pilot (FAA Part 107)
• Bilingual (English / Spanish)

• This is a capture-only role (no editing required)
• Work is not consistent or guaranteed
• You manage your availability, we schedule accordingly
