Job Overview

We’re looking for a talented and motivated Real Estate Photographer / Videographer to join Oregon’s #1 real estate team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys creating high-quality visual content, and takes pride in helping properties stand out.

You’ll be responsible for capturing and delivering professional real estate photography, listing videos, drone content, and social media content for a high volume of listings. We’re looking for someone dependable, team-oriented, creative, and able to adapt quickly as schedules and priorities change.

Responsibilities

• Capture professional real estate photography for listings
• Film and edit listing videos and short-form social media content
• Provide drone photography and videography for properties
• Maintain a fast turnaround time (next business day delivery)
• Communicate professionally with clients during shoots
• Ensure properties are captured with strong attention to detail and presentation
• Manage and organize photo/video files efficiently
• Availability Monday–Friday for shoots as needed, including on short notice

Qualifications

• Experience with real estate photography and videography preferred
• Drone photography/videography experience required - FAA Licensed
• Strong editing skills for both photo and video content
• Ability to work independently and problem-solve in the field
• Professional appearance and strong interpersonal skills
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license required
• Flexible weekday schedule with availability for short-notice shoots
• Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude and strong communication skills
• Ability to manage deadlines and perform in a fast-paced environment

Compensation & Growth

• Commission-based compensation
• Expected earnings: $60,000–$70,000+ annually

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
