About the Role

Listing Culture is a Louisville-based real estate media company looking for a Real Estate Photographer & Videographer to capture high-quality listing media and brand-focused social content for real estate agents. You’ll spend most of your time in the field shooting properties, filming agents, and creating clean, modern visuals that help them stand out online. This role is ideal for a creative who enjoys working on-location, directing people on camera, and refining their craft in both real estate and brand media.

What You’ll Do

• Capture professional real estate photography for residential and occasional luxury properties.
• Film smooth, cinematic video tours of listings (interior and exterior).
• Operate a drone for aerial photos and video (FAA Part 107 required or obtained shortly after hire).
• Perform 3D scans when needed using provided equipment.
• Film brand and social media content (talking-head videos, educational clips, short-form content).
• Provide light direction to agents on camera so they feel comfortable and confident.
• Upload, organize, and name files accurately after each shoot.
• Represent Listing Culture professionally at all times with clients and homeowners.

Required Qualifications

• Portfolio of photography and/or videography work (real estate or related).
• Basic understanding of lighting, composition, and camera settings.
• FAA Part 107 license, or willingness to obtain within 60 days of hire.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for local travel.
• Strong time management and punctuality; ability to manage multiple shoots in a day.
• Professional communication skills and ability to work independently in the field.

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of creative, freelance, or real estate media experience.
• Experience filming talking-head or brand-style content for social media.
• Familiarity with vertical video formats (Reels, TikTok, Shorts).
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite or similar editing tools.
