Real Estate Portal Manager-Arabic Speaker

We are seeking a Portal Manager to manage and optimize property listings across leading real estate portals. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in handling online property platforms to ensure maximum visibility and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Upload, manage, and update property listings on portals (Bayut, Property Finder, Dubizzle, etc.).
• Ensure all listings are accurate, complete, and compliant with portal guidelines.
• Coordinate with sales and marketing teams for listing details, photos, and pricing.
• Optimize listings (titles, descriptions, photos) to improve performance and exposure.
• Monitor leads, listing performance, and portal insights.
• Remove sold/rented properties and maintain real-time availability.
• Manage portal subscriptions, agent access, and quality scores.

Job Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Portal Specialist or similar role (Real Estate experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of UAE property portals.
• Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
• Ability to handle high-volume listings efficiently.
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems is an advantage.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
