The Opportunity: Ignite Agent Success
This is not a traditional sales role; it is a Director of Growth position. You will be responsible for growing newly licensed agents into high-producing professionals.
The core of this role is multifaceted, focusing on growing new licensees into producing cappers.
The Role
The roles and responsibilities are primarily focused on recruiting, training, coaching, mentoring, and managing the Productivity Coaching Team, while allowed to maintain your personal real estate business.
Growth & Recruiting
- Maintain and manage online recruiting efforts, nurturing pipelines of nearly-licensed and newly-licensed agents.
- Host exclusive recruiting and commitment events to attract and retain agents into our core programs.
Training & Education
- Create, maintain, and deliver comprehensive curriculum for new agent bootcamp and advanced foundational classes.
- Assist in maintaining a robust and relevant training calendar.
- Organize and facilitate opportunities for skill development, such as daily and weekly roleplay.
Coaching & Mentoring
- Conduct focused one-on-one sessions centered on goal-setting, accountability, and pipeline reviews.
- Develop business plans with agents and review their progress using established models.
- Guide agents through the entire client relationship and transactional process, including prospecting, contracts, negotiations, and closing.
- Create systems and opportunities for agents to shadow experienced professionals in the field.
Team Leadership
- Act as the dedicated leader of the Productivity Coaching Team.
- Conduct weekly team meetings designed to bring maximum value to the agents.
- Track and enforce accountability standards for agents, including meeting and roleplay attendance.
The Perfect Candidate
- Licensed Real Estate Agent: A current, active real estate license is required.
- Proven Experience: You have a minimum of 2 years of residential real estate experience and a solid track record of closing deals.
- A Desire for Structure: You thrive in a structured, consistent environment and are ready for a steady schedule.
- The Heart of a Teacher: You are genuinely passionate about developing others and seeing them succeed.
- Leadership Presence: You are an inspiring team leader and an excellent communicator.
Compensation
- Base compensation: This is a commission-based opportunity with significant growth potential, offering a clear pathway to six-figure-plus income. Your success is directly tied to the success and productivity of the agents you coach.
- Bonus potential: This position offers a recruiting bonus based on the recruited agents’ production.
- Leads: As Productivity Coaching Team leader, the Director of Productivity will also have access to inbound leads.
