About the Role

We’re looking for a motivated, experienced agent who loves coaching others. As our Productivity Coach, you’ll mentor new and non-capping agents, help them build productive businesses, and drive their success through high-impact training, accountability, and motivation.

What You’ll Do

• Coach new and developing agents to Capper level
• Lead training and drive engagement in Ignite, BOLD, and Market Center events
• Hold weekly goal-setting/accountability sessions
• Identify agents ready for coaching and support their growth
• Collaborate with leadership to build a strong culture and training calendar

What We’re Looking For

• Successful real estate sales track record
• Passion for mentoring and helping others grow
• Strong communication and accountability skills
• Knowledge of KW models, scripts, and core curriculum
• Positive, energetic, and learning-based mindset

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
