Job Summary

Metropolitan Capital Real Estate is seeking a driven and experienced Real Estate Professional Agent to join our expanding team in Abu Dhabi. We are looking for someone who understands the UAE property market, excels in client relations, and consistently delivers strong sales performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full sales and leasing cycle, including lead follow‑up, property tours, negotiations, and closing
• Build and maintain a strong network of buyers, sellers, landlords, and investors
• Provide clients with accurate market insights, pricing strategies, and investment recommendations
• Conduct property valuations, prepare listings, and ensure all marketing materials are accurate and up to date
• Collaborate with marketing and admin teams to maximize listing exposure
• Stay informed on Abu Dhabi real estate trends, communities, and developer offerings
• Ensure compliance with UAE real estate regulations and company policies

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of real estate experience in the UAE (Abu Dhabi preferred)
• Proven track record in sales or leasing
• Strong understanding of Abu Dhabi communities and developers
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer‑service skills
• Self‑motivated, organized, and target‑driven
• Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle
• Real estate certification (ADREC/RERA) is an advantage
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
