Job Summary

Metropolitan Capital Real Estate is seeking an experienced and motivated Real Estate Professional Agent with fluency in Farsi to support our growing base of international and regional clients. The ideal candidate has strong market knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in the UAE real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full sales and leasing cycle, including lead follow‑up, property tours, negotiations, and closing
• Assist Farsi‑speaking clients with tailored guidance on Abu Dhabi real estate opportunities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, and investors
• Provide accurate market insights, pricing strategies, and investment recommendations
• Conduct property valuations, prepare listings, and ensure marketing materials are accurate and up to date
• Collaborate with marketing and admin teams to maximize listing exposure
• Stay informed on Abu Dhabi real estate trends, communities, and developer offerings
• Ensure compliance with UAE real estate regulations and company policies

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of real estate experience in the UAE (Abu Dhabi preferred)
• Fluency in Farsi (spoken and written)
• Strong command of English; additional languages are a plus
• Proven track record in sales or leasing
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer‑service skills
• Ability to work with international clients and understand cultural nuances
• Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle
• Real estate certification (ADREC/RERA) is an advantage
