Job Objective:
To support the execution of real estate development projects by coordinating administrative and activities among stakeholders (engineering, contractors, consultants, sales, finance, etc.), ensuring the project is delivered on time, within budget, and according to approved specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate between technical teams (consultants, contractors, designers) to ensure smooth execution of project phases.
- Prepare and monitor project schedules, work plans, and progress reports against approved timelines.
- Document all stages of the project and maintain organized project records and correspondence.
- Organize and document technical and executive meetings and distribute meeting minutes to relevant stakeholders.
- Follow up on purchase orders, material approvals, and technical submittals with internal teams.
- Monitor daily issues and risks and escalate them to the Project Manager with suggested solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management
- 2 to 4 years of experience in project coordination or administrative support within real estate or construction projects.
- Basic knowledge of real estate development and construction processes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
