Real Estate & Property Lawyer (5+ Years Experience)

We are seeking an experienced Real Estate & Property Lawyer with a minimum of 5 years of relevant practice to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle a broad range of real estate matters, including transactions, leasing, property disputes, contract drafting, and due diligence. This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, confident in negotiation, and comfortable managing cases from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate real estate contracts, purchase agreements, leases, and related documentation
• Represent clients in real estate closings, property disputes, and negotiations
• Conduct title reviews, zoning research, and property due diligence
• Advise clients on real estate law, property rights, land use, and regulatory compliance
• Manage transactional and litigation matters with minimal supervision
• Work collaboratively with brokers, lenders, investors, and internal teams
• Maintain accurate case files and ensure timely communication with clients

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Active license to practice law in [State] (or ability to obtain)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate and property law
• Strong understanding of real estate transactions, contracts, and regulations
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail and sound judgment

• Experience with commercial real estate
