Real Estate Receptionist

Role Description

We are seeking a Receptionist / Front of House to join our Dubai office on a full-time, on-site basis. The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and partners, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment. This role is ideal for someone organised, personable, and motivated to contribute to a high-performing team in a fast-paced real estate setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome clients, visitors, and partners in a professional and courteous manner
• Manage incoming calls, emails, and general inquiries efficiently
• Coordinate appointments, meetings, and schedules for the sales team
• Maintain a tidy, organised, and professional reception area
• Support the team with administrative tasks, document handling, and office coordination
• Assist with client follow-ups and provide general information about properties and services
• Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations

Qualifications & Skills

• Previous receptionist, front desk, or customer service experience is preferred but not required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Strong organisational and time-management skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Fluency in English is required; additional languages are an advantage
