Real Estate Recovery Officer - North Karachi

We are looking for a Recovery Officer to join our North Karachi team to manage client payment follow-ups, maintain recovery records, and ensure timely collections.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact clients for pending or overdue payments and ensure timely recovery.
• Maintain accurate records of all recovery activities and client interactions.
• Coordinate with the accounts and sales teams for payment updates.
• Handle client queries regarding dues, payment schedules, and receipts.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly recovery reports.
• Ensure professional communication and maintain client relationships.

Requirements:

• Minimum Intermediate / Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Commerce or Business).
• 1–2 years of experience in recovery, collection, or real estate (preferred).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word).
• Must be resident of North Karachi or nearby areas.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Timings:

11:00 AM – 8:00 PM (Monday to Sunday) Friday off
