We are expanding our sales team and looking for a results-driven Relationship Manager to play a key role in achieving our sales targets through both direct client engagement and broker partnerships.


Role Overview

As a Relationship Manager , you will be responsible for driving sales of Gutti’s off-plan developments through a combination of direct sales and indirect sales via an established network of real estate brokers. You will leverage your strong market knowledge, client-handling skills, and broker relationships to maximize revenue and market presence for Gutti Developments.


Key Responsibilities

  • Sell Gutti’s off-plan projects directly to clients, achieving and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Build, maintain, and expand strong relationships with real estate brokers and agencies to generate indirect sales.
  • Keeping real estate brokers well informed and updated about our projects.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to attract new clients and increase overall market share.
  • Conduct project presentations, site visits, and client meetings to showcase Gutti’s developments.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to align sales activities with promotional campaigns.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor projects, and customer preferences to identify new business opportunities.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for management.


Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience in off-plan real estate sales with a developer (not a brokerage).
  • Strong network and active relationships with brokers and real estate agents.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Fluency in English; [ Other languages are a plus ].
  • UAE real estate experience is a must.
