to play a key role in achieving our sales targets through both direct client engagement and broker partnerships.
Role Overview
As a
Relationship Manager
, you will be responsible for driving sales of Gutti’s off-plan developments through a combination of direct sales and indirect sales via an established network of real estate brokers. You will leverage your strong market knowledge, client-handling skills, and broker relationships to maximize revenue and market presence for Gutti Developments.
Key Responsibilities

Sell Gutti’s off-plan projects directly to clients, achieving and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Build, maintain, and expand strong relationships with real estate brokers and agencies to generate indirect sales.

Keeping real estate brokers well informed and updated about our projects.

Develop and implement sales strategies to attract new clients and increase overall market share.

Conduct project presentations, site visits, and client meetings to showcase Gutti’s developments.

Collaborate closely with the marketing team to align sales activities with promotional campaigns.

Stay updated on market trends, competitor projects, and customer preferences to identify new business opportunities.

Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for management.
Requirements
-
Minimum
2 years of proven experience
in off-plan real estate sales with a developer (not a brokerage).

Strong network and active relationships with brokers and real estate agents.

Demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding sales targets.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.

Fluency in English; [ Other languages are a plus ].

UAE real estate experience is a must.
