About the Role
We are seeking a knowledgeable and results‑driven Real Estate Resale Agent to join our Abu Dhabi team. This role focuses on secondary market transactions, helping clients buy and sell ready properties while providing expert guidance on market conditions, pricing, and investment potential.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with buying and selling ready (secondary market) properties across Abu Dhabi.
- Conduct property viewings, client consultations, and comparative market analyses.
- Advise clients on pricing strategies, market trends, and community insights.
- Generate new leads through networking, referrals, prospecting, and company‑provided channels.
- Manage the full resale transaction cycle, including negotiations, documentation, and closing.
- Maintain an updated portfolio of resale listings and ensure accurate, high‑quality property information.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, landlords, and developers.
- Ensure all transactions comply with UAE real estate regulations and company standards.
- Represent the company professionally at events, exhibitions, and client meetings.
- Maintain accurate records and follow‑ups using CRM systems.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Proven experience in resale real estate transactions within the UAE (Abu Dhabi experience preferred).
- Strong understanding of the secondary market, pricing trends, and community dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle.
- ADREC/RERA certification is an advantage or willingness to obtain it.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms and digital marketing tools.
- Fluency in English required; Arabic or additional languages are an advantage.
