We are seeking an experienced and motivated Real Estate Resale Agent to focus on Abu Dhabi’s thriving secondary market, working with buyers, sellers, and investors looking for ready properties and established communities.

Key Responsibilities

• Specialize in the resale (secondary) property market across Abu Dhabi
• Assist clients with property valuations, listings, viewings, and negotiations
• Build and manage a portfolio of property owners, buyers, and investors
• Conduct market analyses and provide accurate pricing and community insights
• Promote ready properties through digital marketing, open houses, and client networks
• Negotiate offers and close resale transactions with professionalism and accuracy
• Maintain CRM records and follow company sales processes
• Deliver exceptional customer service and represent the brand with integrity

Requirements

• Experience in real estate sales, preferably in the secondary/resale market
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build trust with property owners and ready‑to‑move‑in buyers
• High level of motivation, discipline, and target‑driven mindset
• Valid UAE driving license and access to a car
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
• Knowledge of Abu Dhabi’s communities and resale market trends is preferred
