Job Overview

Metropolitan Capital Real Estate is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Real Estate Sales professional to join our growing team in Abu Dhabi. This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for property sales, strong interpersonal skills, and a drive to succeed in a fast-paced, competitive market. You will be responsible for managing property transactions, building client relationships, and contributing to the company’s continued success.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate the sale and leasing of residential and commercial properties
• Conduct property viewings, presentations, and negotiations with prospective clients
• Maintain a strong understanding of the Abu Dhabi real estate market, including pricing, trends, and legal procedures
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, and marketing initiatives
• Build and manage a portfolio of property listings with accurate and timely updates
• Provide expert advice and support throughout the transaction process
• Collaborate with internal teams to execute sales strategies and close deals
• Represent the company at property exhibitions, open houses, and industry events

Qualifications and Experience

• 1–3 years of experience in real estate sales or a related field
• Knowledge of the Abu Dhabi property market and relevant regulations
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English; additional languages such as Arabic or Russian are a plus
• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office
• Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle preferred
• RERA or DMT certification is an advantage
