Job Description: Real Estate Sales Admin (Cairo, Egypt)
Location: District 5, New Cairo, Egypt

Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Coordination: Support the sales team with administrative tasks, tracking deal progress, and ensuring smooth client transactions.
- CRM Management: Input, maintain, and update client profiles, project information, and property listings in the CRM system.
- Documentation: Prepare and draft sales proposals, representation contracts, purchase agreements, and payment schedules.
- Lead Coordination: Act as a liaison between the marketing department and sales team to allocate leads and follow up on inquiry quality.
- Reporting: Providing daily, weekly, or monthly sales reports on team performance and agent updates.
- Viewings & Logistics: Schedule property viewings between clients and agents, and organize internal meetings.
- Developer Liaison: Coordinate with real estate developers regarding unit availability, booking procedures, and new project launches.
Job Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 2-4 years of experience in a Real Estate brokerage firm.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Software Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) is required. Experience with CRM programs (e.g., Property Finder, Bayut, or custom CRMs) is a strong plus.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English.
- Attributes: Highly organized, presentable, and able to work under pressure.

Pay: E£12,000.00 - E£14,000.00 per month
