Job Summary

We are seeking a driven, organized, and business-oriented Sales & Admin Executive to support the development of new deal flow, investor relationships, channel partnerships, and administrative operations.
This role combines sales outreach, marketing support, presentation creation, pipeline tracking, and general administrative coordination to help our organization grow its opportunities across real estate transactions, partnerships, and investment prospects.
The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders, and capable of driving commercial opportunities while supporting day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities1. Deal Flow Generation & Sales Outreach

  • Identify and source new commercial opportunities relevant to our services.
  • Conduct outreach via calls, email, LinkedIn, and industry networks.
  • Build and maintain a structured dealflow pipeline with accurate tracking and reporting.
  • Qualify new leads and coordinate initial discussions with potential clients and investors.
  • Support the preparation of proposals, commercial summaries, and introductory materials.

2. Investor & Partner Relationship Management

  • Reach out to potential investors, family offices, real estate groups, and corporate partners.
  • Maintain strong relationships with brokers, channel partners, introducers, and industry contacts.
  • Assist senior management in building and nurturing long-term partnerships to increase dealflow.
  • Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, and communication between all parties involved in ongoing opportunities.

3. Marketing, Branding & Campaign Execution

  • Develop marketing materials such as pitch decks, capability statements, one-pagers, and service brochures.
  • Support marketing campaigns across digital channels (LinkedIn, email outreach, marketing tools).
  • Coordinate with designers or creative teams to produce visuals and branded content.
  • Manage and update the company’s social media presence with consistent, high-quality content.

4. Presentation & Content Creation

  • Create high-impact presentations for clients, partners, and investors using PowerPoint or Canva.
  • Prepare proposals, service introductions, deal summaries, and pitch materials.
  • Compile research and data into clear visuals, charts, and structured slides.
  • Support senior leadership in preparing materials for meetings and strategic discussions.

5. Administrative & Operational Support

  • Provide administrative support to the leadership team, including scheduling, coordination, and documentation.
  • Prepare agendas, take meeting minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Maintain organized CRM systems, company files, contracts, and deal documentation.
  • Assist with onboarding new clients, partners, and collaborators.
  • Prepare internal reports, pipeline summaries, and weekly updates.

6. Research & Market Intelligence

  • Conduct research on market trends, real estate developments, investment groups, and potential partners.
  • Track competitor activities and identify areas where our services can be positioned effectively.
  • Provide insights to support outreach strategy, deal generation, and market targeting.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in sales, business development, real estate, investment support, or administrative roles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; confident engaging with clients, investors, and partners.
  • Excellent presentation and writing skills (PowerPoint, Canva, Google Slides).
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems, and online research tools.
  • Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and remain organized under pressure.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and commercially minded.
  • Experience in UAE markets is a strong advantage.
  • Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
