About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and client‑focused Real Estate Sales Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will guide clients through the process of buying, selling, and investing in properties, while delivering a high standard of service and maintaining strong market knowledge. The ideal candidate is confident, proactive, and able to build long‑term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional real estate advice and support to clients throughout the sales process.
• Manage property inquiries, conduct viewings, and present suitable options based on client needs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, and investors.
• Negotiate offers and close property transactions in compliance with UAE real estate regulations.
• Stay updated on market trends, pricing strategies, and new developments.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and follow internal sales procedures.
• Collaborate with marketing, admin, and sales teams to support client requirements.
• Represent the company at events, exhibitions, and client meetings when required.

Requirements

• Experience in real estate sales or a related customer‑facing role is preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients simultaneously.
• Professional appearance and a client‑oriented approach.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Valid UAE driving license and access to a car is preferred.
• Knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market is an advantage; training will be provided.
