Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and professional Licensed Real Estate Sales Agent to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties while providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties in Dubai.
  • Generate leads and maintain a strong client network.
  • Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information to clients.
  • Prepare and present contracts, agreements, and other documentation.
  • Negotiate deals between buyers and sellers to achieve win-win outcomes.
  • Stay up-to-date with the Dubai real estate market trends and regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records of transactions, client interactions, and property listings.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to promote properties.

Requirements:

  • Valid Dubai Real Estate Regulatory Agency (RERA) license.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably in Dubai.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of Dubai real estate market trends and laws.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude.
  • Proficiency in English; Arabic is a plus.
