Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage collection activities across our real estate portfolio.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure timely payments.
• Negotiate effectively to resolve outstanding balances.
• Prepare accurate reports and maintain collections records.
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize processes.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of collections experience, preferably in the real estate sector.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem- solving skills.
• Proven record of achieving or exceeding collection targets.
• Must have skilled in leveraging CRM technology to streamline sales operations, enhance customers satisfaction, and drive business growth.

Ability to manage high-value client portfolios with professionalism.
