Real Estate Sales Agent

We are hiring ambitious Real Estate Sales Agents to join our team in Doha. This is a commission-only role with no ceiling on your earnings.

Responsibilities

• Promote and market properties across online and offline channels
• Conduct property tours and advise clients on available options
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, buyers, and investors
• Stay up to date on Qatar’s property laws and market trends

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of proven experience in the sales industry (real estate experience in Qatar preferred)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Valid Qatari driving license and own car (mandatory)
• Transferable visa with NOC
• Any nationality welcome to apply
• Arabic language fluency is mandatory

Compensation

• 100% commission-based (no basic salary)
• Attractive, uncapped commission structure
• Marketing support and client leads provided

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR5,000.00 - QAR20,000.00 per month
