Job Title: Property Consultant
Location: Dubai, UAE
Salary: 3500AED + High Commission (Upfront Payment)
Job Type: Full-time | Immediate Joining

Responsibilities:

• client inquiries, viewings, and negotiations
• Guide buyers, sellers, and tenants through the full transaction process
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, clients, and developers
• Stay up to date with Dubai real estate market trends and legal regulations
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance KPIs
• Coordinate with the marketing and admin teams for lead management and documentation

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of real estate experience in Dubai
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Proven ability to close deals and work under pressure
• Good knowledge of Dubai property areas and legal processes
• Full knowledge about RERA Regulations
• Must be available to join immediately
