We’re seeking ambitious, driven sales professionals to join our dynamic real estate team in Dubai.

This full-time, on-site role is ideal for individuals with strong sales DNA, client relationship skills, and the determination to succeed in a fast-paced, high-reward environment.

Responsibilities

• Advise and guide clients through off-plan property investments across Dubai.
• Generate and nurture leads through networking, social media, referrals, and events.
• Present investment opportunities with confidence and professionalism.
• Negotiate and close deals with investors and end-users.
• Maintain long-term relationships to build repeat and referral business.
• Manage and track leads using CRM tools.

Qualifications

• Proven background in sales or client-facing industries (real estate, banking, luxury retail, automotive, hospitality, insurance, or aviation).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ambitious, resilient, and target-driven.
• Professional appearance and confidence when dealing with HNWI clients.
• Fluent in English; Arabic or other languages are an advantage.
