Real Estate Sales Agent

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong work ethic, self-motivated, and goal-oriented mindset

Eagerness to learn and grow within the real estate industry

Fluency in English (other languages such as Arabic, Russian, French, or Chinese are a plus)

Basic computer skills (CRM experience is a bonus)

Responsibilites:

Assist in listing and marketing residential and commercial properties for sale and rent

Guide clients through property options based on their needs and market trends

Schedule and conduct property viewings with prospective buyers or tenants

Develop and maintain strong client relationships through consistent follow-ups

Learn and apply negotiation techniques and contract handling skills

Stay up to date with market developments and real estate regulations in Dubai

Valid UAE driver’s license is preferred but not mandatory
