Real Estate Sales Agent

Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through networking, referrals, and various marketing channels.
• Conduct property viewings, negotiations, and close deals effectively.
• Maintain strong client relationships and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Achieve monthly sales targets in alignment with company KPIs.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1–2 years of sales experience (Dubai real estate experience preferred).
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and closing skills.
• Knowledge of Dubai property laws and RERA regulations is an advantage.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
