Salary: AED 2,500 – 4,000 + Attractive Commission Structure

Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Real Estate Sales Agent to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties while delivering exceptional customer service. Prior experience is preferred but not mandatory, as long as the candidate is proactive, well-spoken, and eager to learn.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with property sales, leasing, and investment opportunities
- Conduct property viewings and provide accurate information about listings
- Generate leads through networking, marketing, and client referrals
- Maintain strong knowledge of the UAE real estate market and trends
- Advertise and promote available properties across various platforms
- Prepare and review tenancy contracts and sales documents
- Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure high satisfaction
- Meet monthly targets and contribute to the overall sales performance
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant corporate education
- Previous real estate experience preferred but not mandatory
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Well-presented, confident, and customer-oriented
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals
- Knowledge of Dubai real estate market is an advantage
- Valid UAE driving license preferred but not mandatory
- Proficiency in MS Office and online listing portals is a plus
- Immediate joiner required
