We are inviting a select group of high-performing Real Estate Sales Agents to join our premium real estate brokerage in Dubai. This role is designed for professionals who operate with excellence, maintain strong client relationships, and consistently close high-value transactions. Only candidates with a minimum of 3 years of proven sales experience will be considered.

Responsibilities:

• Represent the brokerage with professionalism and confidence in all client interactions
• Secure and close qualified buyers and sellers within the luxury and mid-high market segments
• Deliver a refined, client-focused experience while building long-term relationships
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of market trends, exclusive developments, and property valuations
• Collaborate with a driven, high-standard team to achieve shared objectives

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of demonstrated success in real estate sales
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills
• Professional, polished appearance and presentation
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and results-driven
• Valid real estate license (where applicable)
• Must provide verifiable proof of previous sales performance during the interview
