Job Description:

Burney Real Estate is a growing real estate company in Dubai, focused on connecting end users and investors with trusted developers and quality properties. We are hiring experienced and motivated Real Estate Agents / Property Consultants to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle sales and leasing of residential and off-plan properties
• Generate leads through calls, portals, networking, and referrals
• Conduct property viewings and client meetings
• Understand client requirements and offer suitable property options
• Negotiate, close deals, and achieve sales targets
• Maintain long-term client relationships
• Stay updated with Dubai real estate market trends

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Dubai real estate (mandatory)
• Strong communication skills in English (other languages are a plus)
• Proven sales and negotiation skills
• Target-oriented and self-motivated
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Valid UAE driving license is an advantage
