About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and results‑driven Real Estate Sales Agent to join our Abu Dhabi team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, excels at building client relationships, and is committed to delivering exceptional service throughout the property sales process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and company‑provided channels.
  • Conduct property viewings, client consultations, and market assessments.
  • Advise clients on market conditions, pricing, and investment opportunities.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial inquiry to closing.
  • Maintain an updated portfolio of available properties and ensure accurate listing information.
  • Negotiate offers and contracts with professionalism and attention to detail.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, landlords, and developers.
  • Ensure all documentation and processes comply with UAE real estate regulations.
  • Represent the company at events, exhibitions, and client meetings.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent or Property Consultant in the UAE (Abu Dhabi experience preferred).
  • Strong understanding of the local real estate market, communities, and developers.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
  • Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle.
  • ADREC/RERA certification is an advantage or willingness to obtain it.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and digital marketing tools.
  • Fluency in English required; Arabic or additional languages are an advantage.
