Real Estate Sales Agent

Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated Real Estate Sales Agent. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding clients through the buying, selling, and renting process while delivering exceptional service and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and lead follow-up
• Assist clients in buying, selling, or renting properties
• Conduct property viewings and provide accurate information on properties
• Negotiate offers, contracts, and closing terms on behalf of clients
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and provide ongoing support
• Stay updated on market trends, property values, and legal requirements
• Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and business goals

Requirements:

• Proven experience in real estate sales or related field preferred
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong market knowledge and ability to identify potential opportunities
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented
