Job Title: Real Estate Sales Agent (Commission-Based)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and confident Real Estate Sales Agent (female candidates preferred) who is passionate about sales and comfortable creating digital content. The ideal candidate will actively promote real estate properties, generate leads, and close deals while building a strong personal and brand presence on social media.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell residential and/or commercial real estate properties
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, and digital platforms
• Create engaging content (videos, photos, reels, stories, posts) for social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.
• Conduct property viewings and client meetings
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Negotiate deals and support clients through the sales process
• Stay updated on market trends and property listings

Requirements:

• Female candidates preferred
• Previous experience in sales or real estate is an advantage (but not mandatory)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Comfortable speaking on camera and creating content
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and confident
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
• Basic knowledge of social media platforms
