Job Overview

A Secondary Real Estate Agent specializes in the buying, selling, and leasing of ready (resale) properties in Dubai’s secondary market. The role involves working with property owners, buyers, and tenants to close transactions efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with property owners, investors, and tenants
• Conduct property viewings and present suitable options to clients
• Advise clients on market conditions, pricing, and property trends in Dubai
• Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers to close deals
• Manage property listings on portals (e.g., Property Finder, Bayut)

Requirements

• Proven experience in real estate, preferably in Dubai’s secondary market
• Strong knowledge of Dubai communities, property laws, and market trends
• Sales and closing skills
• Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset
