Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role in Dubai, UAE, for an English-Speaking Real Estate Sales Agent .

You will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and investing in Dubai real estate while delivering exceptional customer service. The role requires building strong client relationships, understanding investor needs, and guiding clients through transactions with professionalism, market knowledge, and integrity.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients in purchasing, selling, and investing in Dubai properties
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with international investors
• Provide expert guidance on Dubai’s real estate market, areas, and developers
• Conduct property viewings and client meetings
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead to closing
• Deliver a high level of customer service and follow-up
• Stay updated with market trends, launches, and opportunities

Qualifications

• English Speaker — Mandatory
• Proven experience in Real Estate Sales
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Solid understanding of sales processes
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Exceptional negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with the Dubai real estate market is highly desirable
• Additional languages (Arabic / Spanish / Hebrew) are an advantage
