We are looking for a experienced, motivated and dynamic Real Estate Business developer and Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to build lasting client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and manage client inquiries
• Conduct property viewings and presentations
• Build and maintain relationships with buyers and investors
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to company growth
• Stay updated with market trends and property listings

Requirements:

• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Sales-driven and target-oriented mindset
• Prior real estate experience is a plus (not mandatory)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: AED 2,000 – AED 3,000
• Attractive commission structure
