Real Estate Sales Agent

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Real Estate Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties while providing exceptional customer service and market expertise. This role requires strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to build lasting client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential or commercial properties
• Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information to potential buyers or tenants
• Develop and maintain a strong client network through prospecting and referrals
• Stay up-to-date with local real estate market trends and property values
• Negotiate offers and contracts between buyers and sellers
• Prepare and review property listings, contracts, and agreements
• Coordinate with lenders, inspectors, and legal professionals to ensure smooth transactions
• Market properties through online platforms, social media, and open houses
• Provide guidance and support to clients throughout the entire transaction process

Requirements:

• Proven experience in real estate or sales (preferred but not always required)
• Valid real estate license (as required by local regulations)
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Customer-focused with a professional and ethical approach
• Knowledge of real estate laws and regulations
• Proficiency in using real estate platforms and CRM tools

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in property sales or leasing
• Strong local market knowledge
• Multilingual abilities (a plus in diverse markets)
