Real Estate Sales Agent

Job Description:

We're seeking an ambitious and driven Real Estate Sales Professional to join our expanding team in Audhabi! As a Real Estate Sales Professional, you'll play a pivotal role in guiding clients through the process of buying, selling, and renting properties, while providing expert guidance and exceptional service.

Key Accountabilities:

- Facilitate property transactions for residential and commercial clients in Dubai

- Offer expert insights on market trends, property valuations, and investment opportunities

- Showcase properties to clients and provide detailed information on available listings

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects

- Identify new business opportunities and manage your client portfolio

- Negotiate agreements and support the transaction process

- Stay current with market developments, trends, and regulatory changes

Requirements:

- Proven track record in real estate sales or a similar role (2-3 years preferred)

- In-depth knowledge of Abudhabi real estate market and regulatory framework

- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively

- Fluency in English (additional languages a plus)
