Job Summary

Million Homes Real Estate Brokers L.L.C. is seeking a motivated and results-driven Real Estate Agent to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties while delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties
• Conduct property viewings and provide accurate information to clients
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, and marketing activities
• Negotiate property deals and ensure favorable terms for clients
• Stay updated with current market trends, property values, and legal requirements in Dubai
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, landlords, and developers
• Prepare and process necessary documentation for transactions (contracts, agreements, etc.)
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements & Qualifications

• Proven experience in real estate sales or a related field is an advantage
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of Dubai real estate market is preferred
• RERA certification is a plus (or willingness to obtain)
• Proficiency in English (additional languages are a strong advantage)
• Strong sales, marketing, and customer service skills
