Condo City Holiday Homes is a growing short-term rental company in Dubai offering fully furnished holiday homes to tourists and business travelers. We are expanding and looking for motivated sales agents who want unlimited earning potential.

Role Overview:

We are seeking driven and confident Sales Agents to bring new property owners and corporate clients to our holiday homes portfolio.

This is a commission-only position, perfect for freelancers, brokers, or anyone with strong sales skills who wants flexible working hours and high earning potential.

Responsibilities:

⁠ ⁠Find and approach property owners interested in holiday home management

⁠ ⁠Generate leads through calls, networking, social media, and field visits

⁠ ⁠Present our holiday home management services

⁠ ⁠Close deals and onboard new properties

⁠ ⁠Build long-term client relationships

Requirements:

⁠ ⁠Sales experience (real estate or holiday homes is a plus)

⁠ ⁠Strong communication and negotiation skills

⁠ ⁠Self-motivated and target-driven

⁠ ⁠Ability to work independently

⁠ ⁠Based in Dubai
