As a Property Consultant, you will assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties while providing expert market guidance and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads through networking, referrals, and company-provided marketing channels
• Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing properties in Dubai
• Conduct property viewings and client meetings
• Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, and investors
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable property options
• Negotiate deals and close property transactions
• Stay updated on Dubai real estate market trends and property regulations
• Maintain client records and follow up on leads effectively
• Achieve monthly sales and leasing targets

Requirements

• Previous experience in real estate, sales, telesales, banking, insurance, or customer-facing roles preferred
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Target-driven and self-motivated personality
• Ability to build relationships and close deals
• Knowledge of Dubai real estate market is an advantage
• UAE driving license is a plus
• Freshers with strong sales skills are encouraged to apply
