Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and bilingual Chinese–English Real Estate Sales Agent to join our expanding team. This role is ideal for someone who can confidently engage with Chinese‑speaking clients, understand their investment needs, and manage a diverse portfolio of residential and commercial properties across Abu Dhabi.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify, and manage leads through calls, networking, and referrals
• Conduct property viewings, presentations, and negotiations in both Chinese and English
• Provide expert guidance on pricing, investment opportunities, and market trends
• Maintain strong knowledge of Abu Dhabi communities, developments, and real estate regulations
• Build and maintain long‑term client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals
• Collaborate with marketing, admin, and CRM teams to support the sales process
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company

Requirements

• Fluency in both Chinese (Mandarin) and English
• Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent or Property Consultant (UAE experience preferred)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
• Professional appearance and a client‑focused mindset
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Valid UAE driving license and access to a car
