Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Chinese-speaking market
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Chinese clients and investors
- Conduct property viewings and present suitable options based on client needs
- Provide market insights, pricing trends, and investment advice
- Negotiate deals and close sales to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
- Maintain an up-to-date database of clients and properties
- Collaborate with marketing team to promote listings to Chinese platforms and channels
- Ensure compliance with local real estate laws and company policies
Requirements:
- Proven experience in real estate sales or a similar sales role
- Fluency in Chinese (Mandarin required; Cantonese is a plus) and English
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of the local real estate market is highly preferred
- Self-motivated with a strong sales-driven mindset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with international or Chinese investors
- Strong network within the Chinese community
- Digital marketing experience on Chinese platforms (e.g., WeChat, Weibo)
