As a Property Consultant, you will play a key role in assisting local and international clients with property investments while building strong professional relationships within the real estate industry. Key Responsibilities:

• Build and manage a strong portfolio of buyers, investors, landlords, and sellers
• Assist Chinese-speaking clients with residential and commercial property investment opportunities
• Conduct property viewings and deliver engaging property presentations
• Stay updated on market trends, pricing movements, and new project launches across Dubai
• Negotiate and close high-value property transactions professionally and efficiently
• Develop long-term client relationships to generate repeat business and referrals
• Coordinate with developers, landlords, and internal teams to ensure seamless transactions
• Maintain accurate records and client interactions through CRM systems

Candidate Requirements:

• Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken and written)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Passion for sales and achieving targets in a competitive environment
• Professional, confident, and client-focused approach
• Ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships
• Previous experience in real estate or sales is an advantage, but not mandatory for candidates with the right attitude and drive
