Job Summary:
We are currently hiring experienced and motivated Real Estate Sales Consultants for Off-Plan and Secondary Market sales.
The ideal candidate will be confident in client handling, property presentations, and closing deals, with a strong understanding of the Dubai real estate market.
Responsibilities:
- Handle sales for Off-Plan and Secondary Market properties across Dubai
- Generate and manage leads through calls, networking, and company-provided data
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable property options
- Conduct property presentations, site visits, and negotiate deals
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships for repeat business and referrals
- Stay updated on market trends, new launches, pricing, and developer offerings
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experience in Dubai real estate (sales or leasing)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and professional attitude
- Knowledge of Off-Plan and Secondary Market properties in Dubai
- Fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage)
- UAE driving license preferred but not mandatory
- Must be currently based in Dubai
