RHK Properties is looking for motivated Sales Agents who are open to starting or shifting their career into real estate. Previous real estate experience is an advantage, but not required. If you have strong communication skills, a sales mindset, and the willingness to learn, this could be the right opportunity for you.

We are especially open to candidates from BPO Sales, Banking Sales, Insurance Sales, Automotive Sales, Retail Sales, Customer Service, and other target-driven sales environments.

At RHK Properties, we are building a new-age, brand-driven sales team where agents are trained, supported, and guided to become strong client advisors and future market influencers.

Key Responsibilities:

Follow up with company-provided leads and client inquiries
Learn how to present properties, handle clients, and close deals
Conduct client meetings, property viewings, and follow-ups
Build strong relationships with buyers, sellers, tenants, and investors
Understand Dubai real estate market trends and property options
Participate in sales training, coaching, and daily team activities
Support property marketing campaigns and social media visibility
Represent RHK Properties with professionalism and confidence
Develop your personal brand and long-term real estate career

Ideal Candidate:

Fresh graduate, fresher, or career shifter with strong interest in sales
Background in BPO Sales, Banking, Insurance, Automotive, Retail, or Customer Service is preferred
Strong English communication skills
Confident, coachable, and willing to learn
Target-driven and motivated by commission-based earning potential
Comfortable speaking with clients and handling follow-ups
Presentable, professional, and energetic
Able to commute and work in Dubai
Open to a performance-driven real estate sales environment
