What You’ll Do

• Show and market residential investment properties
• Walk houses, evaluate deals, and run comps
• Negotiate purchase contracts and terms
• Guide clients through the closing process
• Build your pipeline through calls, networking, and referrals
• Learn the full lifecycle of investment real estate

• Driven, coachable, and ambitious
• Comfortable talking to people and building relationships
• Full-time availability
• Organized and self-motivated
• Passion for real estate, investing, or sales
• Already licensed OR willing to begin licensing within 90 days

No experience required — we provide hands-on training.
