Job Overview

Metropolitan Capital Real Estate is seeking a sophisticated and results-driven Real Estate Sales Agent to specialize in luxury property transactions across Abu Dhabi. This role requires a deep understanding of the high-end real estate market, exceptional client service skills, and the ability to manage exclusive listings and discerning clientele. The ideal candidate will be confident, well-connected, and capable of delivering a premium experience from initial contact to closing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Represent and sell luxury residential properties including villas, penthouses, and branded residences
  • Develop and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals, investors, and developers
  • Conduct private viewings, presentations, and negotiations with discretion and professionalism
  • Stay informed about luxury market trends, pricing, and competitive offerings in Abu Dhabi
  • Manage a portfolio of high-value listings and ensure accurate, high-quality marketing materials
  • Collaborate with marketing and CRM teams to generate qualified leads and maintain client pipelines
  • Provide tailored property recommendations based on client preferences and investment goals
  • Attend exclusive events, exhibitions, and networking functions to promote the brand and listings

Qualifications and Experience

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in real estate sales, with a focus on luxury properties
  • Strong knowledge of Abu Dhabi’s premium residential market and developer offerings
  • Proven track record of closing high-value transactions
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Fluent in English; Arabic or other languages is a plus
  • Professional demeanor and ability to handle confidential client interactions
  • Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle
  • RERA or DMT certification preferred
