Real Estate Sales Consultant

Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly motivated and target-driven Sales Consultant to join our real estate sales team. The selected candidate will be responsible for driving property sales, building client relationships, and closing deals directly with developers.

  • Actively promote and sell residential and commercial properties from our portfolio of developer partners.
  • Build and manage a pipeline of prospective buyers and investors through networking, referrals, digital outreach, and property events.
  • Understand client needs and recommend suitable real estate solutions based on their investment goals.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, competitor activities, and project launches.
  • Handle client inquiries and maintain high standards of service through timely follow-ups and professional communication.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and developers to ensure smooth transaction processing.
  • Accurately maintain records of leads, sales activity, and client feedback through CRM tools.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet monthly/quarterly targets.
  • Familiarity with UAE real estate regulations and market trends.
  • UAE real estate market knowledge Must

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
