Real Estate Sales Consultant

We are looking for an energetic Real Estate Sales Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle inbound and outbound calls, arrange site visits, showcase properties to potential buyers, and close deals. If you have a passion for real estate sales and strong communication skills in English and Hindi, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Call and follow up with potential buyers to understand their requirements.
• Schedule and conduct property site visits.
• Present properties professionally and handle client queries.
• Negotiate deals and close sales.
• Maintain a database of clients and leads in the CRM.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients for referrals and repeat business.
• Stay updated with market trends and property listings.

Requirements:

✅ Proven experience in real estate sales or telesales.
✅ Excellent English & Hindi communication skills.
✅ Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
✅ Self-motivated and target-driven.
✅ CRM experience is a plus.
✅ Must be willing to travel for site visits and client meetings.
✅ Knowledge of local real estate market trends.

RERA Consultant certificate preferred
