Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven Solar Consultant to support our Australian outbound calling process. The ideal candidate must be confident, persuasive, and experienced in generating high-quality leads for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive online sales of solar and battery systems by engaging with prospects via calls, emails, and live chats to deliver customized energy solutions.
  • Analyze self-generated leads and apply data-driven sales strategies to maintain a high conversion rate through timely follow-ups.
  • Manage the complete rebate application process for Solar VIC, ensuring accurate documentation and timely approvals.
  • Re-engage dormant or aged leads through structured cold-calling campaigns to convert them into active clients.
  • Collect post-installation feedback and referrals to enhance customer retention and support organic lead generation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience: 1–2 years of outbound calling or lead generation experience (international solar experience is mandatory).
  • Excellent communication skills in English (verbal & written).
  • Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Prior experience in B2B lead generation is a strong plus.

Shift & Work Details

  • Shift Timing: Australian Time Zone (6:00 AM – 3:30 PM)
  • Working Days: Monday to Friday (Half-day on Saturday)
  • Transport: One-way cab facility provided; travel allowance for the return journey based on location.
